Shipping Associate

Shipping Associate Mon - Fri 7:30am - 4:00pm Location: Fort Myers, FL Pay Rate: $16/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing & Picking: Accurately retrieve customer orders using picking sheets and Vehicle Inventory Adjustment Forms (VIAF) to verify part numbers, bin locations, descriptions, and quantities.
• Shipping & Packaging: Review order notes for specific carrier and handling instructions; select appropriate shipping cartons and pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Inventory & Facility Maintenance: Maintain assigned aisles and product stacks, ensuring work areas are clean, organized, and free of debris, empty boxes, and plastic.
• Quality & Compliance: Adhere strictly to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company safety guidelines.
• General Support: Perform daily aisle sweeping and fulfill additional operational duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of shipping/receiving & Forklift
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication in English, and a collaborative team attitude.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $16.00 Per Hour
