Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes
- Create work instructions, tooling, and fixtures
- Support new product introduction and engineering changes
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve yields
- Collaborate with design engineering and quality teams
- Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience with electronics, microelectronics, or RF assemblies
- Strong problem?solving and process development skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing preferred Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $110,000.00 - $160,000.00
