Production Lead - 1st Shift

Production Lead - 1st Shift Allentown, PA Monday to Friday (NO weekends) 7:00 am to 3:30 pm $19 per hour to start

As a Production Team Lead, you will be the driving force on the manufacturing floor. You will orchestrate daily shift operations, mentor team members, and ensure that every run hits target benchmarks for quality, safety, and efficiency. Acting as a vital bridge between production personnel and plant leadership, you will cultivate a high-performance, safety-first culture where team accountability and continuous improvement thrive.

Qualifications for a Production Lead:

• 1+ years supervisory experience of 3 or more people
• 1+ year manufacturing experience
• Good math skills (skills testing required without calculator)
• Maintain adherence to GMP requirements
• Excellent attitude
• Bilingual a plus
• Organized
• Motivator
• High School diploma or GED Responsibilities for a Production Line Lead
• Direct line setup, changeovers, and component replenishment to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
• Oversee palletizing, packaging, and final staging of finished goods according to schedule.
• Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend continuous improvement solutions.
• Accurately complete and submit shift logs, traveler sheets, and compliance documentation.
• Champion stringent adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards.
• Promptly escalate technical anomalies, deviations, or material discrepancies to leadership.
