Production Associate Primary Responsibilities include:

Your main responsibility is the efficient execution of routine production tasks and quality inspections, ensuring all finished products meet company standards.

• Production & Light Packaging: Assemble, package, and prep light product components according to established standard operating procedures.
• Quality Checks: Perform visual quality inspections on parts and products to catch minor defects before final packaging.
• Instruction Following: Listen attentively to supervisor directions and strictly follow written work orders and plant guidelines.
• Work Area Maintenance: Keep assigned work stations clean, organized, and free of debris to maintain a safe working environment.

Production Associate Requirements include:

• Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, bend, twist, and maneuver continuously for up to 8 hours per day (light lifting required).
