PrideStaff Financial is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a growing manufacturing leader here in West Palm Beach on a temp to hire basis.
- Process multi-state biweekly and weekly payroll processing
- Journal entries and quarterly reconciliation of 940 and 941's
- Taxes, garnishments, child support and other deductions
- Calculate and process commissions and bonus
- Prepare payroll audits
Requirement:
- 3+ years of Payroll processing experience
- AA degree preferred; HS diploma a must
- Proficient in MS Excel, and Payroll systems - ADP highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail Client offers a competitive compensation/ benefit package.
