Outbound Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Outbound Call Center Agent Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm 3 month assignment

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to:
• Schedule routine maintenance and tune-ups.
• Promote service agreements and seasonal specials.
• Conduct customer satisfaction calls after service visits.
• Assist the dispatch team by helping fill the daily schedule.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.

Skills:

• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Strong phone and communication skills - comfortable making 50+ calls/day.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
