We are looking for articulate, patient-focused individuals who excel in a fast-paced clinical setting and take pride in delivering a flawless patient experience. Because we represent a top-tier specialty practice, we are seeking candidates who demonstrate stability in their work history and a genuine desire to grow within a premier healthcare environment.

  • Skillfully manage a high-volume phone system and coordinate complex appointment scheduling.
  • Accurately build and maintain patient profiles within the electronic medical records system.
  • Perform thorough insurance verifications, check benefit eligibility, and comfortably interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements.
  • Process point-of-service payments, manage charge entries, and assist with account receivable follow-ups.
  • Ensure the clinic is prepared for daily operations, supporting both clinical staff and administrative workflows to maintain smooth patient flow.

CANDIDATE PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in a medical office, clinic, or medical billing department is required.
  • Demonstrated background in charge entry, insurance verification, and collections is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to clearly interpret medical benefits and professionally communicate financial responsibilities to patients.

  • High attention to detail, exceptional critical thinking, and articulate communication skills.
  • A strong track record of job longevity and professional growth in previous roles is highly valued.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred but not required.
