Master Scheduler

Master Scheduler Asheville NC Pay Range: $80,000-$95,000 Annually Shift/Working Hours: Full-Time, 1st shift(On-site)

About the role:

PrideStaff is partnering with an established precision manufacturing organization to find a detailed and analytical Master Scheduler. In this role, you will develop daily and weekly production schedules, determine material requirements, balance machine shop and assembly line capacity, and ensure customer orders are delivered on time to ISO quality standards.

What you will do:

• Release and monitor manufacturing and assembly work orders, verify material availability against Bills of Materials (BOMs), and maintain schedule due dates in the ERP system.
• Utilize ERP/MRP software to analyze capacity, track work-in-progress (WIP) status, distribute daily shortage/backlog reports, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Serve as the central point of contact between commercial sales, supply chain, and production leads to coordinate material arrivals, communicate lead times, and resolve schedule delays.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 to 4 years of planning, scheduling, or production control experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with MRP/ERP platforms (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
