Manufacturing Supervisor

PrideStaff has an incredible opportunity for a Manufacturing Supervisor in Fort Lauderdale to join an Amazing Aviation Company! The ideal Manufacturing Supervisor will ensure precision and attention to detail and enhance operational procedures. The manager will be responsible for manufacturing, testing, packaging, and meeting scheduled deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operations teams
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
• Ensure necessary resources, raw materials, and staffing are aligned to meet production goals.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across their respective functional areas.
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Support internal audits, customer audits, and corrective action implementations.
• Meet and exceed deadlines

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields for Aviation companies
• Background in FAA-regulated, aerospace, aviation, or structured manufacturing environments.
• Be familiar with AS9100
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Microsoft Office Suite and QUANTUM is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
