Job Title: Manufacturing Assembly Operator & Quality Inspector Location: Old Bethpage, NY Area Position Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time (Long-Term Growth Opportunity) Schedule: Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Pay Rate: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Position Summary We are seeking motivated Manufacturing Operators & Quality Inspectors to join a fast-growing production team. In this role, you will assist with the assembly, processing, inspection, and packaging of materials. No prior manufacturing experience is required - the client is eager to train candidates who possess a positive attitude, strong reliability, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level assembly, processing, and handling of specialized materials following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct visual quality inspections of finished products, components, and packaging to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Prepare, label, and pack completed items for shipment or secondary processing.
• Assist with basic machine operation, material staging, and work area prep in a clean manufacturing environment.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to all facility safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Complete basic production logs, inspection sheets, and batch records accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous background in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or quality control is a plus, but entry-level candidates willing to learn are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Work Ethic: Strong reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent eye-hand coordination and the ability to carefully follow written/verbal instructions.
• Shift Availability: Ability to work a consistent 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Monday through Friday schedule.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light manual assembly and inspection tasks.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $21.00
