Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Machine Operator We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our clients manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Production: Operate various equipment (including CNC) to manufacture parts according to work instructions and blueprints.
• Setup & Quality: Perform machine setups and coordinate with the Quality Department for part sign-offs.
• Workflow: Prioritize assignments with supervisors to meet daily production schedules and customer demands.
• Maintenance: Ensure a clean, organized workspace and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Documentation: Complete all required production and regulatory logs accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous Machine Operator experience required; CNC experience is a major plus.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, safety rules, and operating manuals.
• Soft Skills: Strong basic math, problem-solving, and collaborative communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience in Lean manufacturing, converting, or continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Strong close-range and color vision.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
