Landscape Maintenance Associate

Job Title: Commercial & HOA Landscaper and Landscape Maintenance Technician Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour based on experience Schedule: Full-Time Locations: San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, and Aliso Viejo About the Role We are seeking a reliable, hardworking landscaper to join our crew servicing premier commercial properties and HOA communities in South Orange County. This position involves hands-on outdoor landscaping and daily grounds upkeep. We are looking for team members who take pride in property maintenance, arrive on time, bring a positive attitude, and are eager to follow direction and company training.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscaping tasks across three assigned South Orange County site locations based on a set weekly schedule.
• Report to designated locations on specific days to perform essential maintenance duties.
• Operate power and hand tools safely, including trimmers, pruners, electric blowers, rakes, and weeding equipment.
• Execute core grounds upkeep: mowing, edging, hedge trimming, weeding, detail pruning, and debris cleanup.
• Work collaboratively within a crew setting, following instructions and standard procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language: Fluent Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidate required.
• Experience: Background in general labor and outdoor commercial work.
• Equipment Knowledge: Experience operating equipment such as trimmers, pruners, electric blowers, and rakes.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable working as an outdoor landscaper in extreme weather changes, enduring long, hot hours of physical labor.
• Attitude & Readiness: Strong desire for maintenance work, willingness to perform tough tasks, punctuality, and a positive mindset.
• Transportation: Reliable travel to reporting locations in San Juan Capistrano and South Orange County.
