Warehouse Packer & Labeler (Chief Toy Prepper!) Location: Pacific, WA (On-Site in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility!) Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM Start - Get your afternoons back!) What You’ll Do (Your Daily Adventure) As a Packer/Labeler, you are the final set of hands making sure our toys look perfect before they hit retail shelves. Your day will fly by as you tackle:

• Unboxing & Reboxing Magic: Carefully open bulk shipments and repackage individual toys and gifts to meet specific retail client VIP standards.
• The Sticker Specialist: Precision matters! You’ll apply UPC barcodes, price tags, and compliance labels to merchandise so it's ready for the spotlight.
• Quality Crusader: Keep an eagle eye out for defects, damaged boxes, or incorrect packaging. If it’s not perfect, it doesn’t ship.
• Pallet Picasso: Box up the newly labeled products, tape them securely, and stack them neatly onto pallets for the shipping team.
• Zone Commander: Keep your packaging station clean, safe, and organized.

? What You Bring to the Toybox No heavy machinery or forklift experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude and love working with your hands, we want to talk to you.

• Laser-Sharp Focus: You can follow strict labeling guides and client specs without missing a beat.
• Physical Stamina: Skip the gym! You're comfortable standing for a full shift, bending, and lifting boxes up to 20–30 lbs.
• Rock-Solid Reliability: You show up on time, every time, and love being a dependable part of a team.
• Fast-Paced Readiness: You thrive in a steady-rhythm environment and enjoy hitting daily production goals.
• Experience Level: Prior warehouse, kitting, or assembly experience is a fantastic bonus, but entry-level candidates with an eagerness to learn are highly encouraged to apply!
