Inside Sales Representative

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm

Pay Rate: $20/Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize the Retailer’s sales of their instant ticket product through marketing while providing a professional level of customer service. Meet sales and personal goals.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Contact each assigned retailer on a weekly call cycle.
• Ensure that each retailer has sufficient inventory to meet their sales needs, making product recommendations based on their sales history.
• Provide information about new and existing games and promotions.
• Input sales orders with accuracy
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center and customer service environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of management and customers.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including overtime during peak periods such as holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations, data entry and MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand innovative technologies.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Works well under pressure, effectively, and efficiently.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
