Electronic Test Technician

Position: Electronic Test Technician Location: Eastern Long Island, NY Company/Industry: Military defense/aerospace Schedule: Mon-Fri On-Site Only Salary: $60,000 - $80,000/yr, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate Type: Direct Hire (Benefits available starting day 1!)

Key Responsibilities

• Write in?process test procedures for circuit boards
• Troubleshoot down to the component level
• Assist Engineering with new system development
• Load software for system testing
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and wire lists
• Report recurring faults and failures
• Return defective components to QA
• Travel to customer sites for inspections, installations, and repairs
• Additional duties as assigned Required Skills
• 3+ years in electrical/electronic testing (high-voltage power supplies a must!)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required) Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $60,000.00 - $80,000.00
