Job Title: Customs Entry Writer Company/Industry: International freight forwarder Location: Garden City, NY Salary: $60-75K/yr Commensurate with experience + benefits Status: Direct Hire, FT Mon-Fri On-Site (hybrid after 90 days)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage customs data using CargoWise
  • Prepare and sort documents for entry processing
  • Maintain logs and records for tracking purposes
  • Review discrepancies and advise supervisors as needed
  • Support file maintenance and record keeping

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Customs Entry Clerk/Writer
  • Strong typing and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Must have hands-on experience with CargoWise
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $60,000.00 - $75,000.00
