Customer Service Representative Pay: $50,000–$60,000/year Location: Dallas Tx ,Onsite | Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Troubleshoot pneumatic, fluid power, and pumping systems; explain technical concepts like pressure, flow, and pump curves.
• Sales & Quoting: Prepare quotes, build relationships with contractors and OEMs, and assist with sales opportunities.
• Order Operations: Process orders and returns (RMAs) in Profit21 (P21), coordinate with shipping/vendors, and assist with inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience/Education: Degree, trade certificate, military technical training, or 2–5 years of industrial/mechanical experience.
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, basic fluid dynamics knowledge (pressure, flow, torque), and solid computer skills.
• Mindset: Strong communicator, solution-oriented, and motivated to build a long-term sales career.

Preferred: Background in pumps, pneumatics, air compressors, hydraulics, or maintenance repair. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $50,000.00 - $60,000.00
