Customer Service Representative We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to enter orders, support sales, and deliver outstanding customer care. Pay is $21.00/hour with overtime. Quick facts

What you’ll do

• Order processing: Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently in the computerized system.
• Customer support: Provide responsive assistance in person and by phone to resolve requests, special transfers, and credits.
• Product updates: Stay current on product availability, back orders, and inventory status.
• Team coordination: Collaborate across branches and internal departments to keep communication seamless.

What you need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of retail sales or customer-facing experience
• Solid computer, data entry, and basic math/algebra skills
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and stand throughout shifts
• Comfortable working near material handling equipment (such as forklifts) and outdoors when needed

Nice to have:

• Background with stone, tile, or granite products
• Willingness or ability to obtain forklift certification
