Concrete Foreman

Concrete Foreman Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am to 5pm, some overtime will be available Pay Rate: $30-$40/hr (Depending on experience/skill level) Location: Dayton, OH (work within the greater Dayton area) Experience: Minimum 2 years of commercial concrete experience. • Lead the Field: Direct and coordinate daily on-site crew operations to safely execute commercial concrete pours, finishes, and structural placements on time and to specification.
• Manage Project Flow: Assist Project Managers with tracking job progress, scheduling, maintaining daily productivity, and protecting gross project margins.
• Ensure Premium Quality: Uphold strict quality control standards, ensuring clients receive durable, professionally finished end products.
• Prioritize Jobsite Safety: Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, ensuring all equipment, laser screeds, formwork, and tools are operated cleanly and safely.
• Adapt & Coordinate: Read prints, plan field layouts, coordinate material deliveries, and pivot effectively to meet changing project needs and jobsite priorities.

Concrete Foreman - What You Bring

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on commercial concrete experience, with demonstrated crew leadership or foreman-level responsibilities.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to accurately read and interpret commercial blueprints, site plans, and elevations.
• Leadership Style: An energetic, positive leadership mindset with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability: Confident handling fast-paced job sites, weather shifts, and shifting project timelines.
• Screening: Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a standard drug screen.
