Bilingual Inside Sales Representative Location: 77066 Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire / Temp-to-Hire Pay Range: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMA premier Houston-based manufacturer and supplier of specialized oilfield equipment and consumables is seeking a motivated Bilingual Inside Sales Representative. This role serves as a key customer contact, driving sales, creating custom price quotes, supporting existing accounts, and collaborating with internal operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify sales opportunities, manage existing accounts, and provide technical product guidance.
• Prepare, deliver, and follow up on accurate customer pricing quotes according to company guidelines.
• Work closely with production, operations, and accounting to confirm product availability, lead times, and terms.
• Maintain customer interactions, track sales metrics, and update CRM records to support management reporting. Qualifications & Requirements
• Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• 1–2 years of inside sales or customer service experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sales (Oil & Gas background preferred).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable working with CRM/ERP software systems.
• Excellent communication skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits
