What You’ll Do As a Kitchen Crew Member, your daily tasks may vary depending on daily production goals:

• Cookie Finishing & Icing: Hand-frost, drizzle, and decorate signature holiday cookies with care and precision.
• Packaging & Boxing: Assemble holiday gift boxes, seal protective packaging, and prepare tins for shipping.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect baked goods for consistent quality, appearance, and freshness before packaging.
• Kitchen & Workstation Sanitation: Wash mixing bowls, trays, and utensils; keep counters clean and sanitize equipment to maintain food-safety standards.
• Material Handling: Stock packing lines, transport baking racks, and assist with inventory staging across the kitchen floor.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctual attendance (crucial to earning your weekly $100 bonus!).
• Pace & Dexterity: Ability to work quickly with your hands in a repetitive, fast-moving assembly line setting.
• Team Mindset: Willingness to pitch in wherever needed, from icing to wash stations.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand on your feet for the duration of the shift, perform repetitive hand/wrist motions, and lift up to 30–40 lbs as needed.
• Experience: Bakery or food prep experience is a plus, but no prior experience is necessary - we provide complete hands-on training.
