Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00 / hour (with flexibility for higher pay based on experience)

Position Overview

PrideStaff is hiring a detail-oriented Assembly Technician for an industrial manufacturing team in the West Chester area. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, testing, and documenting precision mechanical and electrical systems using engineering blueprints and schematics.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical & Electrical Assembly: Build intricate mechanical components and integrate wiring into assemblies using engineering specifications and blueprints.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform functional testing to ensure assemblies meet performance standards and inspect parts for proper fit and quality.
• Documentation & Inventory: Complete production and quality logs accurately and report inventory supply needs.
• Shop Safety: Follow safety procedures and maintain a secure, organized workspace.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Technical Ability: Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics. •
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective teamwork. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $20.00
