• Pay: $25.00–$30.00/hour Depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Reporting: Reports directly to the Controller/Accountant, working alongside 1 Property Accountant

What you’ll do

• AP Processing: Manage weekly payment runs, enter and submit invoices, verify accuracy, ensure correct G/L coding, and route approvals through property management accounting software
• AR & Tenant Payments: Oversee high-volume AR functions across a portfolio of 20 Multi-family, Commercial, and HOA properties, maintaining peak focus during the first week of the month
• Bank Activity: Record daily bank transactions and basic fees to support the Property Accountant's month-end reconciliations
• System Support: Leverage a recently upgraded software ecosystem to drive portal adoption and efficient processing

What you need

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on AP and AR experience
• Software: Proven proficiency in property management accounting software is required (non-negotiable); basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Education: Associate degree required
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong integrity, adaptability, team-first attitude, and reliable attendance

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $30.00
