2nd shift Forklift / Warehouse Associate

PRIDESTAFF is currently seeking dependable, motivated, and energetic Forklift / Warehouse Associates for a distribution company in Romeoville, IL. These are TEMP-TO-HIRE opportunities starting at $20.00 - $21.00 per hour 2nd shift- 3:00pm-11:30pm Mon-Fri The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, team-player mentality, and excellent attendance!

**Must be okay with getting off PIT and packing - this would be a large part of the position.

Job Duties:

• Material handling - shipping and receiving, loading/unloading, packaging and palletizing as needed
• Receive goods, inspect condition, and verify items against record of shipment
• Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications
• Document, both written and computerized, and record logs of shipped items
• Route materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or stock areas

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous warehouse/distribution experience
• 6 months forklift experience + forklift certification PREFERRED
• Ability to operate a stand-up forklift PREFERRED
• Must be reliable and safety conscious. Attendance and teamwork are key!
