Manufacturing Customer Service Representative Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Hardin Valley, Tennessee
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, prepare quotes, and ensure pricing and order accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales, scheduling, and production teams to meet customer deadlines.
- Monitor open orders and communicate updates or delays to customers.
- Process returns, credits, and shipping releases.
- Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.
- Resolve customer service and product quality concerns.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- 2-year college degree preferred or 2+ years of manufacturing customer service experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and logistics.
- ERP experience required; QAD and Salesforce preferred.
- Estimating experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
