SECURITY ASSOCIATE - GUARD CARD REQUIRED

Security Associates play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and success of the State's largest festivals, concerts, and special events.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a visible deterrence to crime and disruptions at special events.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Conduct access control and weapons screening.
• Prevent theft through vigilant observation and proactive measures.
• Interact professionally with the public, vendors, clients, staff, and fellow Event Associates.
• Follow company policies and client instructions for each assignment.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid AZ-DPS Guard Card.
• Remain free from illegal drug use.
• Reliable transportation. (preferred but not mandatory)
• Maintain a working telephone.
• Participate in continued education as directed.
• Comfortable working outdoors, rain or shine.
• Enjoy interacting with the public and contributing to a vibrant event experience.
