Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour Location: North Area Of Houston ( 77032) Position Type: Full-Time | Various Shifts (Days, Nights, Weekends)

About the Role

As a Security Dispatch at Prevail Security Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of assigned facilities through vigilant monitoring, coordination, and communication. Your duties will include:

• Monitoring security systems and surveillance equipment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Providing professional customer service and support to clients and team members

• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures

You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals committed to excellence in safety and client service.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• At least 1 year of professional security experience (office building or dispatch experience preferred)

• A valid driver's license

• Ability to travel to the Northside of Houston ( 77032)

• An active security license (required)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure

• Ability to communicate effectively with officers, supervisors, management, and clients.

• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.

• Familiarity with security software and monitoring tools (a plus)
