What You\'ll Be Doing: Operating automatic and semi-automatic production equipment Following process sheets and written/verbal instructions to complete production tasks Inspecting parts and products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Skills You Bring: 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Basic math, reading, and communication skills Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Lift up to 50 lbs as needed Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to bend, reach, and work below and above shoulder level Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on safety and quality Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions accurately
