Presidential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Plant Boiler Operator to join a dynamic team in French Camp, CA. Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain high-pressure boilers and related plant equipment
• Perform routine inspections of boiler systems, steam lines, and auxiliary equipment
• Monitor gauges, meters, and control panels to ensure optimal operating conditions
• Conduct water treatment testing and chemical dosing to maintain boiler water quality
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, performing minor repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate operational logs and document equipment performance data
• Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and plant safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid California Boiler Operator license or equivalent certification preferred
• 1-3 years of experience operating industrial boilers in a plant or manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of steam systems, water treatment, and combustion controls
• Ability to read and interpret gauges, meters, and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, or on-call as required
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
