Coffee Delivery Driver

Premium Waters, Inc. is looking for a Coffee Delivery Driver to join our team in Minneapolis. This is a physical, yet rewarding career where you will be delivering beverage/coffee products to Home and Office Customers, as well as providing service maintenance on equipment when needed. •High school diploma or equivalent •Excellent oral communications skills are required •Customer service and/sales experience preferred •1-3 driving experience preferred

Essential Job Duties:

1. Sets up daily route in an efficient fashion and directed by the Coffee Manager.
2. Loads his/her van with all beverage/coffee products and specialty items.

5. Prepares order form and contracts, as well as collects payments from customers as needed.
6. Records sales, delivery and filtration maintenance information.
7. Informs all customers daily of monthly specials and promotions.
8. Maintains a clean appearance of van (inside and out).
9. Receives customer concerns and complaints and works to resolve them.
10. Coordinates maintenance on trucks as supported by the Coffee Manager.
11. Proficient and efficient use of the coffee route handheld relative to delivery, van, inventory, and route balancing.
