Position Overview
Premier Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents in building practical skills for safer, more independent daily living. Working under the direction of the supervising OT, you'll help carry out evidence-based care and contribute to steady, measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering therapeutic activities and OT interventions
- Supporting evaluations, goals, and progress measurement
- Carrying out individualized treatment plans and adjusting as directed
- Coordinating clearly with the interdisciplinary team and families
- Completing accurate, on-time documentation in rehab software
Required qualifications/skills:
- Active Pennsylvania COTA license
- Familiarity with OT assessments and common interventions
- Experience with geriatric and/or long-term care residents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort using rehab documentation platforms
