What You'll Do as an Occupational Therapist
As a valued member of our rehabilitation team, you will:
• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled Occupational Therapist services to improve independence with daily activities, mobility, and functional performance.
• Help residents regain essential skills and improve their overall quality of life.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies to promote safety and independence.
• Contribute to a positive, resident-centered rehabilitation environment.
What We're Looking For
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• A commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality resident care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• New graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply!
