Training Operations & Scheduling

Coordinate training activities across first, second, and third shifts while minimizing operational disruptions.
Manage new-hire training logistics, including classroom preparation, safety equipment, and facility access.
Schedule and track equipment certifications, practical evaluations, and required refresher training.
Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure employees are properly trained and qualified to perform assigned responsibilities.

Reporting, Auditing & Continuous Improvement

Prepare and maintain training documentation for internal audits, client audits, OSHA inspections, and regulatory reviews.
Track and analyze key training metrics, including completion rates, compliance, certification status, onboarding effectiveness, and retraining trends.
Develop reports and present training performance updates to management and senior leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve training efficiency, documentation accuracy, and overall program effectiveness.
Recommend corrective actions and process improvements based on training data and compliance findings.
