Work directly with customers to understand requirements and develop technical solutions.
Partner with sales and engineering teams on technical discovery, prototypes, demos, and system designs.
Develop and optimize solutions using Voice AI, LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering.
Troubleshoot technical issues, remove project blockers, and communicate progress and risks clearly.
Build reusable tools, integrations, and engineering patterns.
Translate customer feedback into actionable product and engineering improvements.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in customer-facing or startup environments.
Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
Experience building production-grade software and distributed systems.
Experience developing APIs, integrations, and cloud-based applications.
Customer-facing experience such as Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical consulting.
Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and project ownership skills.
Ability to work on-site five days per week in Redwood City, CA.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Voice AI, conversational AI, LLMs, generative AI, or AI agents.
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Experience at a high-growth technology startup or as a founding engineer.
Experience taking products or technical solutions from 0-to-1.
Strong understanding of AI application development and LLM prompting.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
