Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer for an innovative financial technology company developing AI-powered business software, financial products, and intelligent personal assistants.

This role is ideal for an AI Engineer or Full-Stack Engineer with hands-on experience building and deploying customer-facing agentic AI applications. You will design, develop, and own AI agents from architecture and implementation through deployment, user experience, evaluation, monitoring, and safeguards.

You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build high-quality AI experiences for both business and consumer customers while helping shape modern AI-powered software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents for consumer and business applications.
• Own agentic AI features throughout the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and architecture to implementation and production deployment.
• Develop customer-facing AI experiences using Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern agentic frameworks.
• Build and improve AI agent functionality, evaluations, monitoring systems, and safety safeguards.
• Develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful AI-powered features.
• Integrate AI agents with business workflows, financial products, and customer-facing applications.
• Contribute to modern agentic software development practices and engineering standards.
• Improve software development speed while maintaining code quality, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Take ownership of technical projects and help establish engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 4–8 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, AI Engineer, or in a closely related software engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI applications for real users.
• Expertise in modern AI agent development, including functionality, monitoring, evaluation, and safeguards.
• Strong background in developing complex, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
• Up-to-date understanding of modern agentic AI systems, libraries, development tools, and best practices.
• Experience with TypeScript and Python.
• Strong software engineering, architecture, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end product development.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping production-grade agentic AI products to real customers.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agent frameworks, and AI-powered workflow automation.
• Experience integrating AI applications with APIs and external services, including WhatsApp API.
• Experience with modern full-stack development frameworks and strongly typed software architectures.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, monitoring, reliability, and security practices.
• Experience building financial technology, business workflow, or consumer-facing applications.
• Ability to contribute to AI-assisted and agentic software development workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary: $180,000–$275,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Candidates with proven experience shipping successful agentic AI products to real users may be considered at the top of the compensation range or above.

Work Location & Schedule

• San Francisco, California.
• Full-time, on-site position.
• Five days per week in the office.
• Opportunity to work closely with product and engineering teams on new AI-powered financial and business products.
