About the Role:

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep of our facility. This includes but is not limited to:

• Performing daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff
• Conducting minor repairs and performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure the efficient operation of equipment and machinery
• Restocking and replenishing supplies and inventory as needed
• Assisting with snow removal and other outdoor tasks as required
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of the facility

• Assist with snow removal and other outdoor tasks as required
• Restock and replenish supplies and inventory as needed
