FULL-TIME SMOG TECHNICIAN What We Offer - Competitive Pay: Based on your experience and current certification level. - Steady Work: Reliable, year-round employment. Key Responsibilities - Smog Inspections: Perform tests in compliance with California BAR procedures, - Operate emission testing equipment and maintain accurate inspection logs. - Assist with check-ins, explain test results, and answer basic client questions. - Organize tools and maintaining general equipment. - Assist with vehicle intake, prep cars for testing, and move them in/out of bays. - Safety First: Follow all safety and environmental rules while maintaining a professional attitude. Preferred Skills - Current California Smog Inspector License. - Prior automotive shop work experience preferred. - Basic mechanical knowledge and tool proficiency. - Ability to use hand tools and automotive diagnostic equipment. - Good communication skills.
