Forklift Operator

PPS is seeking a Forklift Operator to join it's Crew near Downtown Phoenix! This is a permanent role with the team. The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, and organizing materials and products throughout the facility. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to move and transport materials.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Move materials and products to designated storage and production areas.
• Stage products for shipping and receiving.
• Verify quantities and inspect materials for visible damage.
• Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, and equipment issues.
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous forklift or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or training preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and handle materials as required.
• Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift materials as required by the position and company safety guidelines.
