Senior Business Process Analyst

PolyCon Solutions seeks a full-time remote Senior Business Process Analyst to support our prime contractor and mutual Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) client. The candidate must have experience processing complex Federal personnel actions within the Air Traffic Specialized Pay Plan (ATSPP), applying Federal personnel processing procedures, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across high-volume personnel action workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full range of retroactive personnel action processing within the Air Traffic Specialized Pay Plan (ATSPP) for more than 80,000 actions for over an estimated 18,000 employees in the ATSPP.
• Initiate an 890 pay action and correctly follow the ripple sequence of ensuing actions from 1/11/26-10/18/26 and ensure accuracy of calculations, processing codes, and sequences.
• Flags any anomalies to the Federal Project Manager and assists with resolution of complex cases where required.
• May be required to cross-audit a section of peer actions to meet FAA's 25% internal audit requirements.
• May perform work during flexible hours consistent with when the Federal Personnel Processing System (FPPS) is available.
• Must maintain a 98% accuracy rate or greater.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience interpreting and applying human resource management policies as they relate to employees under the Air Traffic Specialized Pay Plan.
• Experience processing a variety of Federal personnel actions for air traffic controllers (bargaining unit and supervisory) and providing guidance to other HR specialists on the proper completion of Air Traffic Specialized Pay Plan personnel actions.
• Mid- to senior-level experience with the Federal Personnel Processing System.

Education and Experience:

• BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass FAA security screening for positions of Public Trust.
