Original job description
MAIN FUNCTION:
The Copilot AI Solutions Architect helps PNY employees and business teams use Microsoft Copilot and low-code AI agents in their daily work. You will design and build practical solutions, then help people use them well. That means finding good opportunities, building agents and workflows, running role-based workshops, and helping departments measure results. This is a hands-on build and enablement role, not a tier-1 support role. You will own Copilot and low-code solutions at the department level. Work that needs Azure, pro-code development, or enterprise data integration goes to the AI Engineering and Platform team. You will work closely with HR, business leaders, IT, and Security, within approved technology and governance standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Experience
- 4+ years of experience in application development, business automation, technical consulting, or solution design.
- Demonstrated delivery of Power Platform solutions, including agents or similar conversational applications.
- Hands-on experience building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and how it applies to common business tasks.
- Ability to integrate solutions through standard connectors, REST APIs, and JSON.
- Understanding of generative AI concepts, including prompting, grounding, retrieval, limitations, and human oversight.
- Understanding of authentication, role-based access, and secure handling of business information.
- Ability to write test scenarios and check agent responses against business acceptance criteria.
- Ability to turn business needs into clear technical designs.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.

- Experience connecting low-code solutions to ERP, CRM, or enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with Power Platform administration, governance, or Center of Excellence practices.
- Familiarity with Git and automated deployment of Power Platform solutions.
- Experience building a champion network or running a technology adoption program.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant), PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), or Copilot Studio credentials.
