Position Summary We’re seeking an energetic and results-driven Recruiter to support hiring efforts across multiple service center locations. This role will manage the full recruitment cycle, build talent pipelines, and partner with operational leaders to attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, supervisory, and management positions.
• Partner with operational leaders to forecast staffing needs, maintain appropriate staffing levels, and proactively address staffing gaps.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and recruiting events.
• Build talent pipelines for current needs, anticipated turnover, new-store openings, and management succession.
• Balance speed of hiring with candidate quality, retention, and alignment with company culture and service standards.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics, including applicant conversion and open positions.
• Conduct regular staffing reviews by location and develop recruiting plans based on operational priorities.
• Own the new-hire onboarding experience through the first 60 days, partnering with operational leaders to improve engagement, retention, and successful integration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-location recruiting preferred; retail, automotive, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel periodically to company locations.
