Certified Teacher Tutor – Paraeducator Assessment Support Plainfield Public Schools is seeking a Connecticut-certified teacher to provide tutoring and preparation support to Paraeducator candidates preparing to take the ParaPro Assessment.
Position Details:
- Approximately 4–6 hours of tutoring/support
- Flexible scheduling outside of the regular workday
- Individual or small-group support
- $40 per hour
- Focus on assessment preparation, study strategies, and review of relevant skills/content
Qualifications:
- Current Connecticut teaching certification
- Experience supporting adult learners or paraeducators preferred
- Strong communication and instructional skills
