We’re Hiring! Maintenance Manager in the Quincy, IL area. Join our team and help the farmers today create the farms of tomorrow!
We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to perform general maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections across campus facilities. If you enjoy problem‑solving, working with your hands, and staying active throughout the day - this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect and maintain equipment and building structures
- Perform general repairs and physical tasks
- Support cleaning and supply room upkeep
- Complete routine maintenance documentation
- Assist with various projects as assigned
What It Takes:
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, and stay active throughout the day
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons
