Overview

The Maintenance Planner position is responsible for assisting with the development of

reliability-based

maintenance strateg

ies

,

including

preventive and predictive maintenance. They will work directly with the Maintenance Manager to build

a proactive

maintenance team

with a focus on making decisions based on facts and data

. The

Maintenance

Planner will work independently and

collaborate

with other plant personnel to

implement

preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks. The

The Maintenance Planner is the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the plants Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

, providing system training and feedback to ensure accurate records are maintained

.

All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies,

goals,

and objectives of the company.

Planning

Responsibilities:

Maintain

accurate

equipment records in SAP

; including updating master data and decommissioning equipment removed during capital projects

.

Setup and maintain all predictive and preventative maintenance plans in SAP to

maximize equipment reliability.

Setup

and maintain

PM plan

s

in SAP for each piece of equipment, including frequency, mechanic

tasks, parts needs, tools needed, safety procedures.

Maintain rebuild schedules in SAP for all critical equipment.

Schedule

preventative

work orders to maintenance crews

based on individual skillsets

.
