TITLE OF OPEN POSITION: Curriculum Writing- RTI Reading Intervention Classes
DATE POSITION WILL BE VACANT: 2026-2027 School Year
APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL: All spots are filled/suitable candidates are found
SALARY: As per agreement between the Phillipsburg Board of Education and the Phillipsburg Education Association hourly rate of $44 per hour for 25 hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Staff will create curriculum for PMS Reading Intervention classes during RTI time. The curriculum will align with our reading interventions programs.
QUALIFICATIONS, MANDATORY:
- New Jersey Teacher Certificate
- Student Centered Focus
- Competence in knowledge/skills
QUALIFICATIONS, DESIRED:
- Special Education Certification
- Current Middle School teachers
- Experience in Read 180 and Amira
