Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis investigations and update equipment reliability plans in collaboration with Production and Quality team leads.
Promote workplace safety by following site safety procedures and performing proactive safety assessments.
Actively participate in site and corporate initiatives.

Working knowledge of applicable electrical codes and safety standards, including NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, and relevant OSHA electrical safety requirements.
Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, preventive and predictive maintenance optimization, and/or Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.
Working knowledge and understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and applicable GxP requirements.
Ability to read and interpret electrical one-line diagrams, equipment drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturer documentation.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to analyze technical issues, communicate recommendations clearly, collaborate across functional teams, and seek guidance when appropriate.

Experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
Proficiency in technical writing and document review.
