This position offers a day shift schedule, overtime opportunities, and the potential to become a permanent employee with an outstanding benefits package. ### Job Duties - Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment. - Assist with construction, warehouse, manufacturing, and production projects. - Assemble rack systems for dock doors. - Safely operate basic hand and power tools. - Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after projects. - Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Observe all company safety policies and wear required PPE. - Perform additional duties as assigned. ### Qualifications - Strong work ethic and positive attitude. - Valid driver\'s license required. - Ability to lift 5075 pounds repeatedly. - Able to stand, bend, twist, and perform physical labor throughout the workday. - Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, or manufacturing preferred. - Must be able to follow safety procedures at all times. - Drug-free workplace.
