SPECIAL EDUCATION INSTRUCTOR (EBD)
Prairie Wind Middle School is seeking to fill a full-time Special Education Teacher (EBD) position at Prairie Wind Middle School. The successful candidate must possess the appropriate Minnesota K-12 teaching license.
Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for providing education to students so that intellectual, emotional, developmental and social needs are met according to the District and State standards that will foster life-long learning and good citizenship.
- Develops material and lesson plans, conducts classroom instructions and evaluates and assesses student performance, conducts regular communication and meets with parents in regard to student progress, interprets student progress and develops goals to achieve success and growth, informs parents/guardians about student strengths, weaknesses/goal areas and progress.
- Case manages and supports students with IEP goals and progress.
