Construction Laborer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with the ability to work efficiently on commercial and residential projects. Candidates with construction site experience and familiarity with various building techniques will excel in this position. The successful applicant will contribute to high-quality project completion while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Duties - Apply joint compound and tape to drywall seams, corners, and other surfaces, ensuring a seamless finish - Sand and smooth finished surfaces for painting or further finishing work - Install drywall panels, metal studs, or framing as needed for project specifications - Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing drywall surfaces - Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site Requirements - Proven experience in drywall taping/finishing or related construction roles such as plastering or carpentry - Construction site experience with familiarity in framing - Ability to read technical drawings and interpret construction plans accurately - Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills - Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse construction environments - Able to lift up to 80 lbs - Working in inclement weather - Must wear PPE This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic construction team committed to delivering high-quality results across various projects.
