Senior Delivery Lead

Perficient is searching for a Senior Delivery Lead. Senior delivery leadership role accountable for business outcomes across a portfolio of related programs or large-scale, complex programs. This role is a trusted strategic partner to C-suite sponsors.

• Accountable for business outcomes across a portfolio of related programs, or large scale, complex programs, not individual project delivery
• Manages interdependencies, sequencing trade-offs, and portfolio-level risk across concurrent workstreams
• Operates without Director oversight on delivery and commercial decisions
• Leads executive steering committees: shapes the agenda, drives decisions, and owns follow-through
• Defines program governance, operating rhythm, and escalation architecture from the outset
• Navigates ambiguity and evolving client strategy; repositions the program when priorities shift
• Holds senior stakeholders accountable to commitments; manages upward as confidently as downward
• Supports pursuit conversations as the senior program authority on complex, strategic engagements; collaborates on commercial structures and SOWs around outcomes and value
• Develops client relationships that generate follow-on program work independent of delivery
• Grows delivery leadership capability within Perficient; sponsors progression of Delivery Leads
• Deploys AI for portfolio intelligence: cross-program risk synthesis, resource modeling, executive reporting
• Typically 10-15 years of delivery leadership experience in technology consulting
• Proven track record owning programs of $3M+ spanning multiple concurrent projects and disciplines
• Exposure across enterprise domains: cloud transformation, ERP, data platforms, or digital at scale
• Demonstrated mastery of program governance and benefits realization
• Manages AI adoption across the delivery organization as a change variable, not an optional tooling choice
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
• A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $160,400.00 to $208,400.00.
